Power Towers are constructed from heavy-duty steel for durability and feature several dedicated workout stations:
- Pull-Up / Chin-Up Station: Located at the top of the tower , this bar supports various grip positions (wide , narrow , neutral) to target different back , shoulder and bicep muscles.
- Dip Station: Parallel bars with padded armrests (also known as a captain’s chair when combined with the backrest) are used for dips , which effectively build strength in the triceps , chest , and shoulders.
- Vertical Knee Raise (VKR) Station: The padded backrest and arm supports allow users to perform hanging knee or leg raises to isolate and strengthen the abdominal and oblique muscles.
